Attempting to keep infinity in order at the mo - and failing terribly! In the last few hours, after being locked out of various portals and my laptop itself intermittently all day, I've discovered 160 emails and 30 event invites (most of which warrant listing in the Diary) that amassed unbeknownst to me whilst overseas. I was already despairing at ever being able to get back on top of the incessant incoming tide - now I'm apoplectic. So this will be a mighty brief newsletter. All events this week are free! Wednesday October the 30th ~ Swingin' at the Speakeasy features Miss Pia and The Dovetails live between 7 and 10, then myself on the decks til close at 3AM. Make time! Friday November the 1st ~ At last I get to revisit the South King Recreation Club and play for their literally smokin' clientele. Join us in the courtyard or dine in. 8PM til 1AM. Saturday November the 2nd ~ Despite some sterling efforts we're not likely to swing a guest appearance by the Chemical Brothers - but I can promise listeners the chance to Jack Off with Donny Benét between 3 and 5PM on FBi. Afterwards I'm stoked to be assuming control of the Hotel Hollywood sound system for an extended set of ultra-diverse music from around the world. It has been a long time coming - and will take you to new dimensions in time and space. 9PM til 2 or 3AM. Sunday November the 3rd ~ The ideal final port for my return to pristine routine is the Willie The Boatman brewery. Find us there this Sunday for delicious tucker, even better beers and some surreal and sturdy sounds. 3 til 6PM. Comments are closed.
