Under where? Oh yeah! Lingerie-clad fauna surrounded by local flora, just as the first flush of spring blooms about us. What's not to love?! All praise to Nimbin's Caspah Batchelor for these perfect paintings, which I first sequestered for future use here almost a decade ago. Read on for free fare both out & about & on the air! Thursday August the 27th ~ Dress up (or down) and hit the town tonight - as I spin at Palmer & Co from 9 til close around 1. Free! Friday August the 28th ~ For the next month you can find me spinning free four-hour front bar sets from 5 at The Paddington each and every Friday. It's so great to be out! Saturday August the 29th ~ FBi Radio turns 17 this Saturday. Except when playing major events (or breaking my neck) I've presented Jack Off almost every single Saturday between 3 and 5PM all of those years (and a good few during the test broadcasts prior). I can't believe how lucky I am to have had this means of expression and interaction, with the city, country and world I love, for the bulk of my adult life. Please tune in if you can. If yr moved to - and able - consider supporting the station financially here. We will be having a supporter drive proper soon but there's no time like the present hey? Drop me a text on 0409945945 if you do contribute as I'd like to thank you and perhaps play you a tune in return. My deepest gratitude goes out to you for all of yr passion and support, both now and over the many years prior. As we emerge from this bleak and terrifying winter of isolation and deprivation, I truly wish you all the best. I proffer all of my hope and whatever power I possess in the service of better days ahead. Together we will go and grow. Absolving audio for impolite society. Friday August the 21st ~ Free from 9 til midnight at The Paddington. Saturday August the 22nd ~ Jack Off on air across the Earth, between 3 and 5PM. Tuesday August the 25th ~ In person-form at Giant Dwarf (also streaming online) whilst soundtracking Julian Morrow's Totally F*ct Trivia, from 6.30 til 7.45PM. Daily life and night times, as civilisation's flame flickers in headwinds of hate and cruel fate. Thursday August the 13th ~ Move beyond the spooky present by encountering our ghostly past at Palmer & Co. A gratuitous set of antique audio from 9PM til midnight or beyond. Friday August the 14th ~ Be baptised by music - and perhaps even mirth - as I spin an especially early bracket at The Paddington betwixt 5 and 9PM. Food is fab. Entry is free. Saturday August the 15th ~ Jack Off with expressive eyes and ever-attentive ears, as FBi Radio hosts our (un)holy racket for the umpteenth time between 3 and 5PM. Preternatural possibilities and intimate interiors. Wednesday August the 5th ~ Secret lawyers' business. Bloom online another time. Friday August the 7th ~ Free public performance atop the front bar of The Paddington perhaps - betwixt 9 and midnight... Saturday August the 8th ~ Jack Off, like this newsletter as a whole, is safe for work. Be assured that prying eyes or ears will find nothing to fear, only pleasure and cheer. Ongoing verifiable proof of this fact is provided as a live audio signal from 3 til 5PM each Saturday. Whether yr luxuriating at home or hard at it in the office be assured this program has universal appeal. |
